| All ordered items are supplied depending on availability of merchandise in stock. |
| Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and destination charges per UPS and will be added to your total. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the UPS tracking number. |
| We cannot guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime. |
| All sales are FINAL. We will only credit (your account with us) for DEFECTIVE merchandise within 14 days of shipping date accompanied with the invoice. We do not give credit back to your credit card. |
| If you receive defective items, please e-mail us your order # and item #. Please let us know what is wrong with the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit memo to your account with us. |
| All items returned for credit must be in original condition and quantity. Any items returned out of packaging will not be given any credit. |
| We will not accept any returns of any kind after 10 days of receiving date of merchandise. We are not responsible for any and all shipping charges that may arise for returning of merchandise back to us for credit. |
